Dosnt do it when the engines cold but does it up to around 2k rpm once warmed up, epsecially when booting it or labouring the engine a bit.
My friend has the exact same thing on his 1.6 focus, same rpm too
He said he's been underneath it, and gets someone to rev it so it rattles, but can't find where its coming from!
