Inflicting fear and upset onto your wife by smashing up furniture in her house is very much still a case of domestic violence, you should try and get help for your temper before you get done for Psychological GBH which is an offence that police are using more and more to catch people such as yourself who are making the lives of their spouse a misery with their bad temper.
so even tho i paid for everything in my house..if i start smashing things up like punching doors and smashing table`s if police come they can arrest me???
