after some expert help please,

i bought a set of bilstein tarmac spec 909 front coilovers,

i fit them and the arch is about 2 inches above the wheel, even with the spring set to its lowest setting

to remove them i have to remove the hub as the shock has so much compression i cant just lever it down like normal?

i have a shorter set of springs with the shocks but i'm not sure if that would make any difference or not?

any help would be greatly appreciated
