I agree, if you genuinly have depression (not just a bad day/week) then medication works. Personly I have suffered depression, and anixiety (bad) for years untreated. I have been through various states of it, and finaly seaked help a month or so ago. I haven't looked back, I'm on a ssri and I'm feeling so much better with everything.

CBT isn't helping, but the med is. Some people have an imballance in the brain, such as I do and meds have made me feel normal again.

I felt so, so low, and actually have a drink and drug problem from trying to mask my mental problems
