right, i have recently bought a frst, its got avo coilovers and has been slammed to the deck by the previous owner.
its so low that the tyres rub the arches on full lock which quite obviously isnt ideal. also i unfortunately live on a hill with umpteen speed bumps up it. so the long and short of it is i want to jack the suspention back up a bit.
so, i've got my c spanner and wd40 but my question is, which way do you need to wind the spring seat to raise it back up?

sorry if this is a stupid question but this is the first car i'v had with adjestable suspention
