the imobiliser keeps kicking in when cold so i cant start the car i have been told it would cost 1000 to have it sorted because it would need ecu, key traciever, barrel ,and all sensors replaceing , the car is thirteen years old it is a good runner when it starts like i said it only happens when it is cold once started which can take up to two hours my latest way of starting it is to heat the inside of the car with a blow heater i think ecu may have a short or dry joint and the heat is may be expanding it this is why i want to disable imobiliser but have been told it cannot be done
