Well have spent more time in workshop over the last week,as time is going on and test day is getting closer
and i need to get all built up then striped powder coated and rebuilt ready here are some more pics ,
ebay purchase tube notcer just arrived so here are a few pics

they say it will notch tubes up to 2"

these are a few tubes i have done works great

axle in this shot is spare

all tubes tacked in place

string is centre line

axle with rear one off sprocket and mtg hub made to my ratio and spec
also centre suport bearing on

even the dog has got to check up to make sure i am doing a good job

you can see center bearing holder which will have mtg plate welded to both tubes below it

hubs on axle and wheels ready for fitting

wide wheels and 6" dia not your normal 5"dia with medium compound on rear and soft on front

this is what you call a short chain ,shorten,d down gsxr 1000 chain

some were close to position

mtg for engine side plates only 3 mm thick so need some strengthing plates

strengthing plates ready to weld in place

engine on rear mtg with good old block of wood up front

as you can see the engine is well back

throtle bodies and injectio set up

electrics to be sorted when rest of stuf bolted on

one off header tank

titanium down pipes cut and rewelded into shape then wraped to stop cooking your back

down pipes fitted you can even still change oil filter with out droping down pipes

works its way round everything

into this carbon race can very light

spits flame out on over run

not sure this means the kart or the exhaust
thats all so far ,will be working on it in week and next weekend so more to come just got to keep the pace up
