i'm competent enough in an old escort loom, its not even comparable to a loom by todays standards, but looking at the alarms online, its averaging £100 extra for fitting! just for a certificate. sod that. and i'll bet its some monkey that does damage, then claim "its only an old orion mate"

do i have to shut up and pay it or can i get the certificate later from anywhere?
