as above, now my car passed it's mot but he did say he could of failed it cos the pinch bolt between the subframe and lower arm was upside down.

as you might know that it was the bolt that catches on the gearbox resulting in dropping the subframe to remove it in one piece, i just cut the head off and put a new one in upside down, now i can see the logic in that "if" the nut was to loosen the the bolt wouldn't fall out but it's a nylock and the chances are very slim if any that it's possible to happen, is what he was telling me the truth i chose to believe him and keep my pass anyway .

it just seems pointless as it's nylocked and a simple solution for a pain in the arse problem.
