Default first hour of sky and im already raging...

so like many others i went for the sky HD off here the other day....

so they come to install it between 8-1 today turns up at 1:30 throws it in the outside of the house did look neat... set it up told me as i was a card short for upstairs ( it will be in the post, just ring to make sure ) that i would only get channels 1-5 for the time been fair enough i said

now i should have known when he wheelspun away from the house that something wasn't right....

so i ring sky just to check that my other card for upstairs is on its way so off i went to ring sky support, now im not a racist guy but wow when i finally got through to "dave" i just couldn't understand the guys english, so i asked to speak to someone else anyway put me through to someone who i could just about talk to next thing while im explaining everything im sat looking at the tv only to be greeted with

"THIS CARD IS NOT AUTHORISED"

I thought thats strange so told the guy on the end of the phone what had happened he said ye thats ok ive cancelled the card i asked why and he told me we are sending you two new cards out i then tried to explain AGAIN that i only needed a card for the upstairs room to which point i think he caught on and replied with " oh i see "

so anyway im now left with channel 1 and 4 only on the downstairs and 1-5 upstairs but its not all bad i only have to wait up to 5 days for the new cards great start...
