why would you send a parcel second class anyway , there's almost f**k all difference in the price anyway.
and you guy's paid for the postage .
they should think themselves lucky you guy's are so patient.
if it were me i would have been up there by now.
do they not realise that what ever amount it is, it is hard earned money they have taken , i am sure they would be bothered if it were done to them .
