More like they slap the cones up to have an excuse to slap the cameras up.
I have no problem with roadworks, cones and cameras when there's actually some road work going on and hard working chaps putting in some graft to improve the carriageway, but when it's 15 miles of cones and not one body working there, it's a tad annoying.
