That means you can't use a FRS clutch as the conclusion of several threads on here is that a hydraulic operated clutch won't fit in a rod operated box.
I have a rod change, cable clutch MTX (supposedly from a RS2000) and am using a Focus RS clutch. Works fine although Ive read it shouldnt!
As you say there's threads covering this, but it seems some bell housings were different depending what year it was etc...
