im fitting a focus rs lump in my escort mk5, which gearbox should i go for to handle the torque?

i have a bandm short shift id like to use so it needs to be a rod shift if possible rather than cable select

also i need to take the starter motor into account, do i need a front or rear mount starter?

also which clutch and flywheel? focus rs

im only going to be running standard poer for now and i have a quiffe diff to go in it
