cheers for all the info chaps.
basicly i do 20mins cardio in the morning then work then finish work and do 30mins cardio.i dont drink fizzy pop or coffee.only drink water through the day everyday.
somedays i feel fine and really enerjetic ect other days i feel tired and louwsy.but il defo try some of the things people have mentioned
