Anybody give me an idea of cost to build a 8m x7m workshop in brick or block with a proper tiled roof with power etc in other words ready to work out from. will be putting a 2 post lift and want plenty of lighting and maybe a sink for washing grubby hands
dont mind doing some of the donkey work( digging out etc) myself but want a proper builder in as I will take forever otherwise
