Personally for a 450bhp engine with the scope for 550bhp later on, I would go down the route of:
7.5:1 CR
Ported Head
BD15 Exhaust Cam
BD16 Inlet Cam
Newman Double Valve Springs
83lb Siemens Fuel Injectors
4x4 Inlet Manifold
14mm Spacer Plate
Later on, a swap up to a GT3076R should see you pick up another 100bhp with a remap

bit of an old spec really that Will, yes it will do what you want, but for a better spec you can gain so much more driveability.
