We had Calcutta beef (slowly braised beef in spiced milk), Chicken Vindaloo, Mutton Madras, Lamb Balti, Sheek Kebabs, Saffron Spiced Potatoes, Scented Rice, mint youghurt, Naans and Mango Ice Cream (still in the freezer!) all made from scratch.
