I don't know where the "almost" comes from any fossile fuel burning engine will produce water H2O, as this is naturally present in the air the engine consumes.
It looks a lot wworse due to the time of the year being cold, there being a much bigger temp difference between the exhaust gasses coming out and the cold air causing it to condense again, in the summer this evaporates so is not seen that's all, still there though, once run a while and the whole exhaust system up to temp it will be a lot less, even seeing drips of water or streams as you pull away after diling a while is nothing to worry about with a cold engine, and does not show HG gone.
