Yea mine does..... i did a litle test myself... i was doin bout 50mph then just wacked it down... the car nearly ripped my sline out... stopped sp quick,, with no pullin either side and only made the slitest of screeches rite as it stoipped... latsed bout an inch!

i was impressed as evry1 told me to take it off!
