If the box is part of a multi room subscription then both boxes must be connected to the same telephone line otherwise you will be charged at full rate for the second box. They do a callback once per month to check this.
Sky are unable to know what address the box is in from the telephone line connection or through the satelite.
thanks for the reply.i have never had the telephone line connected to sky or the other box,and never had a call from sky.so worth a try ,just need another dish
sod giving them anymore money.
