From my personal experience they are rubbish.Running 18 psi on track and within 2 mins the ACT was over 70c!!You could feel the power draining away as the Ign was being retarded.Unless you only give youre car the odd blast in Maccie D's carpark I'd keep well away.Total waste of money/time and effort in fitting one.
