i am tracking down nerds on the internet as we type mate looking for solutions to this problem
apparently you need to hook the hdd up to a computer to swap stuff over, but then i'm not sure what software they have invented to do this sort of stuff as you need to partition parts of the hdd for anytime and stuff

We bought a 50" plasma, 8 weeks later it had a screen fault so we had it collected for repair / replacement.
