if it does affect your work, then they should sack you for that reason, not need a test to do it.
It has a LOT to do with them, the effects of drugs can happen any time, would you want to work with someone operating heavy machinery, or as I do dealng with firearms who suddenly gets a massive flashback or a huge bout of angry paranoia? I fucking wouldn't, if you choose to be a drug addict it has concequences!
