If your car is new you may be able to miss the polishing stage but you will still at least want to clay the car as even brand new cars will have surface contaminants.
I recommend the the Werkstat kit that is listed in the write up. It is also very easy to use and you can quickly add a few extra layers everytime you wash the car.
More layers will increase the gloss.
