so if i buy a cosworth and then put the i.d of a sierra 1.8lx thats not ringing either, surely if it's a cosworth shell, engine etc it should have the i.d of a cosworth if its a reshell from a cosworth.
I should think its been built from a non ID`ed shell (no chassis numbers) the guy has built the car up and rather than getting a Q plate was stuck RS2000 numbers in there.
Its dodgy and not worth fook all as a complete car.
