Id also herd about the scoop thing, people who litteraly knock the bottom end out crusing at 120mph, im swaying towards a standard car or one with the right bolt ons. Its the 3dr, blue paint and body styling that does it for me, the pic looks like a tidy one.
Remember that if it has bolt-on mods you should make sure it's been mapped for them.
Also think you can get Type Rs in that colour, although I'm not sure.
