Everyone says Mac's are better than PC's and my Mrs really wants a Mac, so Im tempted to get one next year. My question is: How hard is it to convert to a Mac? I hate changing/learning something new. Would rather just stick to something I know... But I like the look of Mac's and everyone recommends them. I love my IPhone and will be getting a 3Gs on upgrade, so more Mac stuff wouldn't hurt

Next question is: What about software? Obviously you can't run MS Office on it?? How much does similier packages cost or can you run Windows stuff on it? All info would be appreciated
