Had a slow puncture on my Megane 225 for about a month now, took the wheel off today to see if i could find a nail stuck in the tyre or something, but the inside of the rim has a slight dent in it, and it is slowly leaking air from the flattened part of the rim if that makes sense.
Basically can it be put back into shape (big hammer!) or will it never seal properly again and I need a new alloy?
Can take a pic if anyone wants to see the extent of the damage, which isn't a great deal.
Roads are shite round here, and 235/40/18's aren't all that forgiving, don't remember hitting a particularly big pot hole or anything though as I'm always on the lookout for them

i work in garage an if we get someone come in with this prob and they want it repaired we give it to our allywelder bloke.. can be sorted ,, then again we get peoople come in twith shite wheels n they ask us to just spack it with big hammer.,, and does work but you wdont really wanna do that cos of the damage!!
