I get to a point where i seem to be getting decent with computers then stumble accross a problem

My PC keeps popping a bubble up stating that im running low on disk space, the drive in question is the HP recovery one. It says i need to delete files to create space , yet it wont bloody let me delete any - or ahould i say it dosent show any files, it just warns me not to delete any

Any suggestion please? Thanks
