I was just wondereding how much work you had to do to a car before it needed an sva?

if you was to cut the boot floor out and make a rear engined car would that need an sva?

and just for arguments sake say you then wanted to drive it backwards with the rear engined mounted. does that need an sva?

what about roof modification, converterting a car to soft top. does that need sva?

Just wondered what you actully would have to do before needing an sva
