My job is around 4 miles away as the crow flies and it takes me 10 minutes to get there through town traffic.

50 miles would be a bit much for me. Did a 35 mile journey in the past and that was more than enough.

It's all well and good taking the job, but will any increase in pay be offset by higher fuel costs? If so, then is it worth the extra effort for no benefit?
