it all got put on hold because of the recesion, though it was the banks that got us in this mess in the first place....

i went over drawn just before Xmas, a couple of years back,
as i had Mot, 23rd dec, went over £6, they rung me on boxing day, was away with folks, genuinely didn't realise i was overdrawn, got back i think it was sat, a week later
3 letters on the door mat, and because of the days i couldn't get down to the bank to put some money in, and it went round into the next month total charge was £186.
i started to claim about 18 months ago about 4 days before they brought the ruling in,
and its got really flat since.
and yep i'm with HSBC
