Yes if you turn it looking down on it through 180 degrees, then rotate shaft looking from end through 180 it all lines up again but puts the unworn side as the load bearing side.
Obviously you have to dismantle the whole rocker gear but easy enough to do.
Make sure you keep on top of oil changes as these are not unknown to snap the rocker shafts, normally between 3/4 knocking cylinder 4 out, but it's always due to bad looking after.

Cheers for all your help tabetha, I will have a go at the tappets this weekend it sounds like only a couple of them are rattling. I had an earlier fiesta some years ago and they were adjusted by the rule of nine, why did they have to change it lol. I plan on doing oil & filter changes every 6000 miles think thats a good time.
