i work for bmw if we ever had a instance like this with a new bmw someone would be flown straight up to us from bracknell from bmw & tests would be carried out on the car.
If he is blaming ford for supplying a faulty car this will be investigated big time.
its a lad on my local forum.... the car was investigated and found to have a problem with the "Hydroelectric brain part of the steering system" (his words not mine)
the fact ford are giving him another and a few extra pennys says it all for me!
luckily there was a copper behind him tho to back up his story for not giving it too much beans
