If its REALLY that hard to deliver then why do the royal mail not have a map they give to customers saying "address' in this area will NOT recieve parcels ever, you will have to collect from office" and we get a proportionate discount off postage to those address????

Again your just making excuses for a company which is not fulfilling the service paid for.

The excuses do not in any way reduce the validity of my complaint.
