Its pretty obvious that priority mail gets there first. That doesnt excuse 1st/2nd class mail not getting to its destination.
AGAIN people paying postage are paying for a postbox/postoffice to letterbox service not a postbox to sorting depot service!!!!
Quite simply the royal mail is NOT providing the service its paid for.
if it doesnt have enough staff/vans/trains to provide that service then BUY MORE/EMPLOY MORE STAFF.
Its not rocket science. If other delivery companys can provide reliable service for parcels/packets then why cant royal mail????????
in terms of understanding the system as a customer im not required to understand more than the basics of what i can post, where, how much it costs and when it will be delivered!!! how you provide the service is NOT my problem.
