Just cause you live in the city centre doesnt mean anything, a postie has a certain 'route' to follow, if your at the end of the route, your parcels will be left, simple. You dont carry a parcel the whole way round the route, you deliver the ones closest to the start first.

If its REALLY that hard to deliver then why do the royal mail not have a map they give to customers saying "address' in this area will NOT recieve parcels ever, you will have to collect from office" and we get a proportionate discount off postage to those address????
Again your just making excuses for a company which is not fulfilling the service paid for.
The excuses do not in any way reduce the validity of my complaint.
