Thats what they do. But the amount of parcels received, along with weight and size, along with staff and vans avail limit what is put with the vans.

Also the priority mail/parcels are delivered ASAP (hence the name) those are the ones that need signed for and those are the ones that are taken via van mostly

Its easy to slag off the royal mail when you dont understand the system
