You'd think so, but look at the Eduardo incident against Celtic.
A complete stonewall 100% Dive, ok it took a replay to be sure that he dived but i dont think a single person who has seen the replays would say that there was contact.
Yet UEFA decide to overturn the ban?? What does that say?
I know its a dangerous precident to ban people retrospectively, but it still deserves punishment!
