Ive have fast broadband like 5bites for a few years.

Its only the last month or so its gone to 0.2

Tried most of the above, like rebooting, repowering static build up on modem/router thingy, I delete browsing history at least once a week in a vain attempt to get better speed but Nothing seems to have made a difference.

Im with BT Business, and pay £85 per 1/4. So Im a bit pissed that they wont help with out a call out charge.

As rick says, they just seem to pass the buck between the 2 "Bt" companies. niether os which are legally alowd to exchance information (fucking joke!!!)

Have just downloaded the fire fox 3.5 and will see if theres a difference.

I have a techy guy who sort my pc out usually, but Im just trying to do a few things my self first before calling him in.

Again as rick says Im most likley gona pay a bt engineer £80 for sod all. The lady on the phone said all they have to do is improve my connecting buy 0.5. only les than 0,5 can I reclaim the call out charge

Even considering buying a new PC and "starting fresh" but dont really want to do this.
