Hi all

My broadband is getting desperatly slow. Its even impossible to use you tube now.

Please excuse if im not using the correct terms, im not that clued up on the lingo.

Im only on 0.2 bites max download speed thats slower than dial up


Thinking of getting BT out to check the lines as its fucking rediculous. BUt they want £80 call out, so trying everything else first before I call them.

Im not on vista yet still xp. and am running Interner Explorer, which a lot of people are saying is crap these days.

The pc is clean and its not needing a defragg, its up to speed as it should be, just the internet which is stupid.

A lot of people are recomending mozilla fire fox, does anyone know if this would increase my speeds, as its getting to the point where I cant use the internet at all???
