It should have a jubilee clip around the hose at least 2WD does one each end reg and rail, I know 4x4 design is different but must be more than a push fit surely, I'm surprised yours isn't leaking now.

One of the 4x4 members will soon answer no doubt.

The injectors have O rings that sometimes leak so would be as well to have some spares.
