Chip mate, it's every Saturday and Sunday without fail from about 7:30am through to sometimes 10:30 at night. Also happens some weeknights as well

Sounds totally out of order to me then mate.
Try having a quiet word and see if you can at least get him to keep it to be in the afternoon only or similar without falling out with him.
