No this is my actual size at the moment, as I am not really trying to
get myself up to the size i have been in recent years or even last year,
where i was considerably heavier. As you get older it becomes more
of an effort to hold a higher weight, just for the sake of it, especially
pushing nearly 40...Your right about the food though.
I can post pics of last year but it's not really indicative of me right now.
