I never stay on for more than 6 weeks and don't go over 30mg daily of
dbol. To be totally honest, i have been on for 4 weeks now & put on
some size from this particular compound but most was gained over the
15 years I have been training without juice.
This is in part due to a strict diet, proper training principles & the most
important but most overlooked element... rest & recovery.
Build a good foundation & the house won't fall down. Prop it up with
an enhanced foundation (i,e : steroids) & come off them, then it
all comes tumbling down.
I don't agree, or disagree with anything that can compromise your health
long-term but theraputic dosages can help (to a degree).
It's an individual choice. Whether we bear the consequences of those
choices is party due to cause and effect, or just plain luck (good or bad)
