Never too old! I have found the older I get the more I seem to be injured though. It might be part of getting old or it might be me pushing myself with heavier weights? Who knows but I do know that without training I would look like shit! I'm not far off that now tbh
I look at how my dad deteriorated in his 30's from poor diet, lack of exercise and drinking and I dont wish to go like that. Although I don't want to give up the drink either.
