I might be wrong but is the firing order not 1-3-4-2 therefore you should be coding the injectors like this :
Cylinder 1 = Injector 1
Cylinder 2 = Injector 4
Cylinder 3 = Injector 2
Cylinder 4 = Injector 3

Also if you have an older version of mobydic you have to clear the codes in the Transit option as the Mondeo option wont clear them.
When you have coded them let the car tick over for 5 mins then take it for about a 5 mile drive.
