
Slight understatement Dave, Once the engine was fitted, we started to mount the manifold and turbo etc, COMPLETELY overlooking the fact that Cliff's S1 had no servo or master cylinder

, meaning once the turbo was bolted up, the exhaust housing studs were touching the servo!! DOH!! To fit it in and to keep the servo meant completely reworking the pipe before the collector angling the turbo inwards a bit more and downwards, which obviously then meant completely re doing the downpipe! Losing the servo was a last resort but we were adamant that it was going to stay - And it did

. That was just a couple of overcome problems, the rest i would have thought will be highlighted on the resto thread!!
