Hello all, I know its the wrong section but need opinions and comments by 10am so posted here

Would a set of bike carbs from a 1000cc motorbike that spins at 12000rpm be capable of supplying enough air to a 2000cc car engine at 6000rpm?
Obviously the jets can be changed to allow the fuel flow but would the air flow be restricted by the size of the carb chokes?
This is for a non turbo application, just N\A
